Mississippi Association of Elementary School Administrators (MAESA)
MAESA exists to support and uplift its members by encouraging professional growth, championing elementary and middle-level education, and speaking up on behalf of school administrators across Mississippi.
To better serve our members, the Association maintains a joint affiliation with the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). MAESA follows all NAESP requirements for state affiliates and works closely with NAESP to support the needs and interests of elementary and middle-level administrators at both the state and national levels.
